The SJ Projects Work Standard

Professional is a process, not a promise.

Every job should be easy to understand, properly planned, and respectfully handed over.

  1. 01

    Clear written scope

The quote records the agreed work so everyone starts with the same expectation.

  2. 02

    Materials and finish agreed

Key materials, colours, fittings, and finish choices are confirmed before work starts.

  3. 03

    Changes discussed first

If the scope needs to change, the practical and cost implications are discussed before extra work proceeds.

  4. 04

    Respect for your home

Work areas are managed with care and kept as orderly as the job reasonably allows.

  5. 05

    Useful progress updates

You receive clear communication when a decision, access, or change affects progress.

  6. 06

    Final walk-through

The completed scope is reviewed with you and the work area is handed back clean and ready to use.

How We Work

03

04

Handover

We review the result with you and leave the area clean and ready to use.
